This study assessed the prevalence of compassion satisfaction, compassion fatigue and burnout at a community behavioral health clinic in Tucson, Arizona. The participants were 45 employees from three out-patient behavioral health clinics belonging to the same agency. The Professional Quality of Life Survey (ProQOL) - Revision IV, the Social Readjustment Rating Scale, a job satisfaction survey, and a personal information sheet were used to collect the data.
