Notes
Description
Relates a girl's journey with autism from birth through her school years.
Description
She just can't seem to get the hang of it like other children can ... Maybe she just wasn't in the right place when someone was explaining how to work it all out. Tilly is a bit of a puzzle. She likes things to be just so, and she really doesn't like surprises, she is very bright, but she can't play 'pretend'. Her parents are worried, and so is Tilly. Why is it such hard work to try and understand people, or for them to understand her? A poignant story for girls aged 7-13 to help understand autism, open discussion, and feel reassured when in a similar situation.
